hardware setup, bios, windows driver
problems, and even building computers.
it's a training program in which we
include hardware, A+, Network+, and
desktop support all rolled up into
one. Catch up in 3 years of experience
in the next 3 months and learn from
the best ! Understand pc's from the
ground up including CD drives,
Master/Slave IDE settings, SCSI
settings. This would be considered a
LEVEL 1 Class in which we will also
include HELP DESK issues as well as OS
Installation and upgrades, Antivirus,
and a lot more basic stuff for
beginners. However it will cover
advanced hardware troubleshooting, as
well as many desktop topics including
cabling installation, making patch
cables, and more.
